Advanced Flips

These flips are a little harder than the easy flips and remember if you dont have confidence...do not pull the trick...have a spotter and or net.

Side Flip

Jump pretty high and be on the right or left side of the tramp, depending on which way you are going to flip...then once in the air flip sideways doing a cartwheel but dont put your hands down keep them in the air. To practice this trick do cartwheels and onehanded cartwheels and then attempt the trick

Backflip

Jump pretty high and swing your arms backward. Once going in the backward motion tuck your knees into your chest then spot your landing.

180 Frontflip

Do a frontflip and when you just get after being upside down twist a 180.

Frontflip Backspring

Do a frontflip and land perfectly on your back, which is the hard part. Then once you get on your back spring up and land either on you feet or in a superman.

Winger Flip

This trick looks really cool. You get a high bounce then go to do a superman, but once  you do, tuck to the left or right and spin horizontally for a 360. Then after the rotation is completed flip over the rest of the way backwards and land. This is a very difficult trick to explain.

Stall Flip

This trick you first need a high bounce. Then go to do a frontflip and when you get vertical try to stop rotating and look down at the tramp. Then once you are about to land on your head flip fast the rest of the way and land on your back. If you want to land this trick on your feet just dont hold the stall as long.

Knee Frontflip

Land on your knees and do a frontflip. Not too hard to do but harder to actually land one.

Knee Stallflip

Land on your knees and do a stall flip just dont hold the stall as long because you dont have as much air as you do a regular stall flip.

Super Flip

Get a high bounce and land in a superman. Once you land in a superman, and bounce off of it, do a frontflip. This trick is hard at first but once you get used to it they get easier.
