First take off the wheels, then take off the pedals and out all the bearings
and sprockets off of a bike that you never use or dont care doing this to. Then once youve done that, get a whole bunch of
rags and foam and a few rolls of duct tape and pad the sharp parts on the bike that could put a hole in ur tramp, like the
front forks, the back end, if you handlebars dont have grips, etc. Just be sure to pad anything that could put a whole in
your tramp. And also remember to check where youve padded it to make sure the sharp parts dont poke through ur padding. If
they have just keep padding them up. After this your set and ready to jump. Remember to start out slow if youve never used
one.
