Heel Clicker
Get a high bounce, then do a no footer but pull your feet up and around the bars, clicking
your heels over the bars and then bring them back down.
Superman
Get a good bounce, then extend your legs out behind you horizontally then pull back the bike
and land.
Superman Seat Grab
Do a superman but while doing it take one hand off and grab the seat.
Can Can
Take one leg and put it over the top tube of ur bike extend it to the side, put it back over
and land.
No footed can
Do a can can but instead of keeping the one leg in, put it out so both of your legs are out
to the side.
Disco Can
Do a no footed can but while doing it, take off the hand that is opposite of where your legs
are .
360
Get a high bounce, then spin 1 full rotation. While spinning, keep looking over your shoulder
to keep moving.
Saran Wrap
Take one leg and put it between your arms through the bars then take one hand off and wrap
your leg around the side off the bar that you took your hand off and land.
Nothing no handed lander
Do a nothing, but instead of grabing back on to the bars with your hands keep them in the
air and squeese your knees to your seat and land with your hands up.
Catwalk
Do a no footed can but kick your legs like you are running in the air and land.
