No footer
Jump pretty high and put out your feet to the sides of the bike.
No hander
Basically the same as a no footer but instead you take both of your hands off of the bars and grab back on.
No footer one hander
Do a no footer and a one hander at the same time.
Nothing
Do a no footer and a no hander at the same time. When you do these try to pull up on the bike a lil bit so it wont get
away from you because you will be totally off of it.
180
Get a high bounce then twist your body to the right or left and let the bike spin with you. Keep looking over you shoulder
until the rotation is complete. A 180 is a half of a full 360.
X-up
Get a good bounce the turn you bars in a 180 making your arms cross in an x.
Switch Hander
Take you left hand off and put your right hand where your left was then land back in a normal position.
Tabletop
Get a pretty high bouce and lay the bike down horizontal to the tramp making it flat like a table, then pull it back
up and land.
